If your cordless impact wrench order is not right, contact us to request a return or exchange.

Request within 30 business days after delivery

Contact info@drilldriver.store within 30 business days after delivery, providing your order number, reason for the request and photographs where relevant. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

How to return

1. Contact us within the request window.
2. We will review eligibility and provide the return address and instructions.
3. Pack the selected tool set and its included components and any retained packaging as instructed.
4. After an eligible return is received and reviewed, we will arrange the applicable refund or exchange.

Do not send an item to our contact address before receiving instructions; it may not be the return location.

Eligibility and return shipping

Drill&Driver covers return shipping for eligible returns. For change-of-mind requests, retain the item, included components and original packaging where possible. We will explain applicable eligibility conditions during review. Your statutory rights are not limited by this policy.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with order details and photographs. We will review and explain the available remedy under applicable law, which may include replacement, exchange or refund.

Refunds and cancellations
